At Sazzad’s Physics Batch, we are committed to providing a structured, transparent, and high-quality learning environment for SSC and HSC Physics students.

These Policies & Guidelines are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and mutual understanding between students, guardians, and the institution.

By enrolling in our programs (offline or online), students and guardians agree to comply with the following terms.

Offline Batch Policies

Admission Requirements

• All students must complete a mandatory admission form before joining
• Accurate information including student and guardian name, contact number, and other details must be provided

Fee Structure

• Monthly Fee: 1300 BDT (payable in advance)
• Admission Fee: 1200 BDT (one-time payment applicable for 1st & 2nd year)

Class Policy

• We do not offer free trial classes
• However, students may attend 1–2 classes to understand our teaching method and quality
• Demo content is also available on our YouTube and Facebook platforms for reference

Discontinuation & Rejoining Policy

• If a student discontinues the batch and later wishes to rejoin:
  • The student must visit the office with a guardian
  • A formal discussion with Md. Sazzadul Islam is required
  • Rejoining is strictly subject to approval

Dropout Policy

• If a student decides to leave the batch:
  • The student must inform Sazzad Sir or the authorized office manager
  • The final decision will be made by the administration based on the situation

Refund Policy (Offline)

• Refunds may be considered only in valid and exceptional cases
• If approved:
  • All provided lecture sheets and study materials must be returned to the office

Online Course Policies

Live Course Refund Policy

• Students enrolled in live courses may request a refund if they decide to withdraw after attending 2–3 classes
• Refund requests must be submitted through the official Support Centre

⚠️ Refund requests will not be accepted after the designated refund period expires

Recorded Course Policy

• All recorded courses are strictly non-refundable
• Once purchased, no refund or cancellation will be applicable

Student Support System

• If any student faces difficulty understanding lessons:
  • They must contact the Support Centre
  • Our team will review and provide necessary academic assistance

By enrolling in Sazzad’s Physics Batch, students and guardians acknowledge and agree to all the policies mentioned above.
The institution reserves the right to update or modify these guidelines when necessary to maintain academic quality and discipline.
